Performance Marketing Specialist

Naheed is looking for a data-driven and results-focused Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, Spotify, and other relevant channels

Optimize campaigns for sales, conversions, ROAS, customer acquisition and other performance objectives

Monitor budgets, bids, audiences, placements and creative performance

Conduct A/B testing across creatives, audiences, landing pages and campaign structures

Analyse campaign data and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations

Work closely with creative, e-commerce and analytics teams to improve campaign effectiveness

Track performance using platform dashboards, GA4 and other measurement tools

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads and other digital advertising platforms
• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, attribution, conversion tracking and remarketing
• Analytical mindset with a strong command of Excel and performance reporting
• Experience in e-commerce, retail or consumer brands will be preferred
