Performance Marketer

About the role
Speeki AI runs German and English language programmes, online and at two centres in Kochi, with a Meta ad account generating 150–250 leads a day for a 38-person counselling team. This role runs the day-to-day of that account and owns Google Ads and SEO alongside it.

What you'll do

• Run the Meta Ads account daily: lead campaigns, lead forms, audiences, creative rotation, budget pacing, and holding cost per lead inside a set band.
• Build and manage Google Ads (Search, Performance Max, YouTube) for German, English and the new diploma programme.
• Own SEO and Google Business Profile for both centres: on-page, local, content briefs for the content team.
• Report daily (leads, CPL, spend) and weekly (campaign table) — all figures GST-inclusive.
• Work with the sales team on lead quality and connect rates, and with the content team on creative briefs.

Must have

• Hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience on lead-generation campaigns — not boosted posts.
• Google Ads certified or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Working SEO knowledge (on-page, GMB, basic technical).
• Comfortable with numbers: CPL, CAC, connect rate, budget pacing.
• Malayalam and English.

Good to have

• Managed ₹5L+ a month in ad spend.
• Edtech, education or any lead-gen business.
• Basic design tools (Canva) and CRM familiarity.

Experience

• 2-4 years

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
