Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance, conversion rates, CPA, CAC, and ROAS.
• Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, landing pages, and ad copies.
• Collaborate with creative, content, and e-commerce teams to improve campaign results.
• Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, pixels, and conversion tracking tools.
• Stay updated on digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience in a marketing agency.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and digital campaign optimization.
• Proven track record of achieving measurable campaign results.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and budget management skills.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns and clients in a fast-paced agency environment.
