Job Description

Intellectra Tech is looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Head to lead performance marketing activities across multiple client accounts. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, prior digital marketing agency experience, and the ability to develop effective strategies and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across multiple digital advertising platforms.

• Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously and ensure effective campaign execution.

• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve lead generation, conversions, ROI, and ROAS.

• Manage advertising budgets, audience targeting, bidding strategies, conversion tracking, and campaign analytics.

• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement optimization strategies.

• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and achievement of client objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

• Mandatory prior experience working in a digital marketing agency.

• Strong practical experience in running campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Practical experience with other platforms like LinkedIn, Snapchat, YouTube Ads, etc., will be an added advantage.

• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and advertising campaigns simultaneously.

• Strong technical knowledge of campaign setup, conversion tracking, analytics, and performance optimization.

• Prior full-time, on-site work experience in a professional work environment.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Willingness to work full-time from the office.
