Performance Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and monitor digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with paid advertising, lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance tracking to maximize ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Generate high-quality leads while maintaining target Cost Per Lead (CPL).
• Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize budgets for maximum ROI.
• Track key marketing metrics including CTR, CPC, CPM, CPL, ROAS, and Conversion Rate.
• Manage keyword research, audience targeting, remarketing, and A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, videos, and landing pages.
• Improve website conversion rates and user experience.
• Monitor competitors' digital marketing strategies and recommend improvements.
• Plan monthly digital marketing calendars and campaign strategies.
• Ensure proper tracking of all conversions using Pixel, Conversion API, and Google Conversion Tracking.
