Performance Marketer

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can drive measurable business growth through Google Ads, SEO, lead generation, and digital marketing.

The ideal candidate should be analytical, result-oriented, and willing to take ownership of campaigns in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Manage lead-generation campaigns and improve CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience research.
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize budgets and targeting.
• Track campaigns using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and conversion tracking.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports.
• Coordinate with content, creative, and sales teams.
• Test new campaigns, creatives, keywords, audiences, and marketing strategies.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and changes in Google Ads and SEO.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
• Good practical knowledge of SEO.
• Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
• Understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Candidates based in or around Calicut City preferred.

Salary & Incentives

₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month + Performance-Based Incentives

The final salary will depend on experience and demonstrated skills.

Additional incentives can be provided based on lead generation, campaign performance, ROAS, and overall business growth.
