Performance Marketer

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Brand Manager to lead brand development, integrated marketing initiatives, digital growth and B2B business expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in brand strategy, performance marketing, campaign management, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute brand and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Plan and manage integrated digital and offline marketing campaigns across relevant channels.
• Drive Performance Marketing initiatives across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other paid platforms to support lead generation and customer acquisition.
• Oversee SEO, Content Marketing and Social Media initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights and growth opportunities.
• Drive B2B business expansion by identifying new markets, customer segments, partnerships and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, Design, Product and Business Development teams for effective execution.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize campaign performance and ROI.
• Track key marketing metrics and prepare performance reports and actionable insights. Coordinate with agencies, media partners and external vendors.
• Lead product launches, promotional activities and brand-building initiatives.
• Mentor and guide the marketing team to achieve business and marketing objectives. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Brand Management, Brand Marketing or a related role.
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, digital marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO, Content Marketing and Social Media.
• Hands-on knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign optimization and performance tracking.
• Prior experience in B2B business expansion, market development, or lead generation.
• Strong analytical, strategic, communication, leadership and project management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
