Summary
We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in lead generation, budget management, campaign optimization, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities
-Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads.
-Generate quality leads and improve campaign conversion rates.
-Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient spending.
-Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CTR, and ROAS.
-Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve results.
-Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
-Required Skills3–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
-Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
-Strong knowledge of lead generation and paid advertising.
-Experience in budget management, analytics, and campaign reporting.
-Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
