Job Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize for maximum ROI.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and A/B testing.
• Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Manage ad budgets efficiently to achieve campaign goals.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives and copies.
• Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.

Requirements

• Experience in running and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in the healthcare or service industry will be an added advantage.

Job Details

• Location: Rajpura, Patiala
• Working Days: 6 Days a Week
• Shift: Day Shift (10:00 AM -6:30 PM)
• Salary: Up to 40,000 in-hand (As per experience)
