Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager

Role description:

O****versee the coordination and alignment of digital marketing tools and platforms, including:

• Website and digital properties

• CRM and customer data environments

• SEO performance tracking

• Paid media and continuous performance optimization

Performance Measurement & Analytics

• Define, monitor and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve efficiency and results

• Develop structured, decision-ready performance reports

• Analyze user behavior and funnel performance

• Test, analyze and scale initiatives based on data insights

• Translate data into actionable insights and optimization recommendations

Stakeholder & Partner Collaboration

• Act as the primary analytics and performance interface with internal teams

• Coordinate with external agencies and technology partners

• Provide data-driven recommendations to support marketing strategy and planning

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in digital marketing, performance, analytics or related roles

• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

• Ability to work across multiple digital systems and data sources

• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and performance logic

• Ability to turn numbers into clear actions

• Structured, detail-oriented and solution-focused approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with analytics, reporting or marketing technology platforms

• Exposure to multi-channel digital environment

• Experience in e-commerce, services or complex business models
