ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Performance Marketing Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of paid advertising and a strong interest in learning and growing in performance marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and assist with daily optimization.
• Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research.
• Assist in setting up campaigns, ad sets, targeting, budgets, and bidding.
• Track key metrics such as CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Assist in A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, audiences, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign data and identify areas for improvement.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Assist with lead generation and conversion-focused campaigns.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital advertising.
• Support the Performance Marketing team in achieving campaign and business objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• 6 Months – 1 Year of experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of digital advertising, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of metrics such as CPC, CPL, CTR, CPA, and ROAS.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
