Performance Marketing Associate

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate who is hands-on, analytical, and creative, with a strong understanding of digital advertising and performance-driven marketing.

The candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta Ads and Google Ads. You will also work closely with creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad concepts, creatives, and copy that drive user acquisition, conversions, and revenue.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns.
• Handle Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Research target audiences, competitors, and market trends.
• Create ad copy, content ideas, hooks, and campaign concepts.
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for marketing creatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns for better results.
• Conduct A/B testing of ads, creatives, and audiences.
• Track key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, CPI, CTR, CPC, and conversions.
• Prepare campaign performance reports and share insights with the team.
• Manage campaign budgets and focus on achieving better ROI.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising practices.

Requirements:

• 23 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing / Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Good copywriting and content creation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with creative and content teams.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative and data-driven approach.
