Performance marketing

Job Purpose

Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising to grow online sales, maximize marketing budget efficiency, and drive data-informed decisions that sustainably scale CityFresh's B2C business.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Execution
Plan, set up, and launch digital ad campaigns accurately and on schedule (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

2. Campaign Optimization
Continuously analyze and improve live campaigns to squeeze the best result out of every baht spent.

3. Performance Analysis & Reporting
Produce weekly performance reports and monthly deep-dive analyses to support leadership and cross-functional decisions.

4. A/B Testing & Experimentation
Continuously test creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels to find what works best.

5. Customer & Funnel Analysis
Understand customer behavior across the funnel and find leaks/opportunities to improve conversion.

6. Actionable Recommendations
Turn data into concrete recommendations for content, promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Brand & Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Partnership teams.

8. Advertising Budget Management
Own the paid media budget — allocate, pace, and steer it toward the highest-return channels/campaigns.

9. Digital Marketing Innovation
Stay ahead of new tools, platforms, and trends (including AI & automation) and bring them into daily execution.
