Performance Marketing

1. Campaign Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement performance marketing strategies for Google Ads and Meta platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales. Create and manage ROI-driven campaigns targeting niche audiences in the Dermatology, Health, and Beauty segments. Perform market research and competitive analysis to refine campaign strategies.

2. Campaign Execution & Optimization: Set up and manage end-to-end ad campaigns, including keyword research, audience segmentation, bid strategies, and budget allocation. Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance KPIs such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS. Leverage A/B testing to enhance ad creatives, landing pages, and audience targeting.

3. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other reporting platforms. Provide detailed reports with actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign effectiveness. Monitor industry trends and algorithm updates to adjust strategies accordingly.

4. Creative Collaboration: Collaborate with the creative team to develop visually appealing and engaging ad creatives tailored to the Dermatology, Health, and Beauty audiences. Work closely with content writers and designers to ensure messaging aligns with campaign objectives and brand identity. Role & responsibilities
