Performance Marketing

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns for Stag Home Elevators.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• Drive qualified leads and improve CPL and conversion rates.
• Manage keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting and ad creatives.
• Take ownership of qualified lead generation, not just lead volume.
• Analyze lead quality by campaign, keyword, city, audience and source.
• Set up, monitor and troubleshoot conversion tracking.
• Monitor campaign performance, budgets and lead quality.
• Monitor daily and monthly advertising budgets
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to improve lead-to-sale conversion.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience in lead generation, conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, Excel/Google Sheets and analytics.
• Experience in high-ticket lead generation, real estate or luxury products is an added advantage.
