Performance Marketing

• Campaign Execution: Build and manage multi-channel ad campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Data & Analytics: Track performance metrics via analytics tools, build reporting dashboards, and analyze conversion funnels.
• A/B & Multivariate Testing: Test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and audience targeting to continuously improve conversion rates (CRO).
• Budget Management: Allocate, monitor, and adjust marketing budgets across channels to hit growth targets.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside creative, content, product, and data teams to align ad assets with brand guidelines and business goals.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
• Experience: 1 to 5+ years of hands-on digital or performance marketing experience (depending on whether the role is Junior, Executive, or Manager level).
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in ad platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).
• Experience with analytics and tracking tools (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Analytics).
• Data modeling or spreadsheet skills (Excel, SQL).
• Certifications: Google Ads Certifications, Meta Blueprint Certification, or Google Analytics Individual Qualification (GAIQ)
