Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.

• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn Ads.

• Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates.

• Monitor campaign performance, ROI, ROAS, CPL, and CPA.

• Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.

• Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives, audience targeting, and campaign performance.

• Manage advertising budgets efficiently to maximize returns.

• Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate with content and creative teams to develop high-performing ad campaigns.

• Identify opportunities to improve lead quality, customer acquisition, and overall marketing performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.

• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

• Experience in lead generation, paid advertising, and customer acquisition.

• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.

• Strong understanding of campaign optimization, audience targeting, and retargeting.

• Ability to optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and reporting skills.

• Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage multiple advertising campaigns.
