Performance Marketing Consultant

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Consultant to help Veel scale its digital acquisition and improve marketing efficiency.

You’ll work closely with the leadership and marketing teams to shape performance marketing strategy, optimize paid channels, improve traffic quality and conversion, and make smarter use of marketing budgets.

The ideal candidate has experience managing $175K+ annual marketing budgets and a strong track record of delivering measurable growth.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and advise on performance marketing and acquisition strategy across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant channels.
• Review and optimize campaigns, budgets, targeting, creatives, and landing pages.
• Identify opportunities to improve CAC, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, and overall marketing efficiency.
• Analyze traffic and conversion funnels and recommend opportunities for growth and CRO.
• Evaluate and advise on SEO and organic traffic growth.
• Review analytics, attribution, and reporting to ensure performance is being measured effectively.
• Recommend budget allocation and channel strategy based on performance and growth potential.
• Work with the internal team to implement growth experiments and establish effective marketing processes.
• Provide regular insights and recommendations to leadership based on performance data.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, digital acquisition, or a related field.
• Proven experience managing $75K+ annual marketing budgets.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; other channels are a plus.
• Strong understanding of CAC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, conversion rates, and attribution.
• Experience with SEO, traffic analytics, and conversion optimization.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with a track record of delivering measurable results.
• Experience working across multiple markets is a plus.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, marketplaces, or B2B products is preferred.

Success in This Role

You’ll help Veel build a more scalable and efficient acquisition engine — growing qualified traffic, improving conversion, optimizing marketing spend, and creating a clearer path from marketing investment to business results.

Pay: ₹95,000.00 - ₹195,000.00 per month
