Performance Marketing (D2C)

Brief Job Description (indicative, not limited to the below)

1. Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end D2C marketing campaigns across Meta and Google platforms.
2. Drive performance metrics including ROAS, CVR, CAC, and revenue growth.
3. Analyze campaign performance and implement strategies to improve efficiency and scale.
4. Monitor and optimize budgets across campaigns to maximize returns.
5. Evaluate creative performance and provide actionable insights for iteration and improvement.
6. Work closely with creative teams/agencies to develop high-performing ad creatives.
7. Develop and execute retention marketing strategies (CRM, remarketing, lifecycle campaigns).
8. Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for campaign execution and optimization.
9. Shopify and Uniware understanding to align marketing campaigns with product availability and catalog.
10. Identify growth opportunities across funnel stages (acquisition, engagement, retention).
11. Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using analytics tools.
12. Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and new growth opportunities. Role & responsibilities
