Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary

Results-driven Performance Marketing Executive with expertise in building and scaling multi-channel paid acquisition strategies for B2B SaaS and eCommerce businesses. Experienced in managing high-value advertising budgets across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, retargeting, and account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns to drive qualified pipeline and revenue. Hands-on experience experimenting with and scaling emerging channels such as Taboola native advertising and ChatGPT Ads to identify new customer acquisition opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute full-funnel performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, Taboola, retargeting platforms, and ABM campaigns.
• Manage advertising budgets of up to 50 lakhs per month, continuously optimizing spend to maximize ROI, ROAS, pipeline contribution, and customer acquisition.
• Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager, Microsoft Advertising, Hotjar, and Looker Studio.
• Conduct A/B testing across creatives, landing pages, audience segments, bidding strategies, and ad copy to improve conversion rates by 20-30%.
• Build and optimize audience segmentation, remarketing funnels, and account-based marketing programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts.
• Collaborate with content, design, sales, and marketing operations teams to align campaigns with revenue goals and sales pipeline.
• Monitor competitor activity, emerging ad platforms, privacy changes, and industry trends to continuously improve campaign performance.
• Evaluate and scale new acquisition channels, including Taboola native advertising and ChatGPT Ads, based on performance and business impact.
