Roles and Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign objectives, target audiences, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Execute performance marketing campaigns across digital channels, including paid search, social media and display
• Utilize analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Manage and optimize advertising budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in performance marketing.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance, presenting insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, algorithms, and industry regulations.
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends in performance marketing.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or a similar role.
• Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tikok Ads and others.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Familiarity with A/B testing and data-driven optimization techniques.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Results-driven with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
• Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering high-quality campaigns.
