Performance Marketing Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Role Overview

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Generate qualified leads and improve website conversions through performance marketing.
  • Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and ROI.
  • Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.

  Key Responsibilities

  Paid Advertising

  • Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads campaigns.
  • Create ad copies, select target audiences, manage budgets, and optimize campaigns.
  • Monitor CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.

  Lead Generation

  • Generate qualified leads through paid campaigns.
  • Manage landing pages, lead forms, remarketing, and conversion campaigns.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to improve lead quality.

• Soft Skills Requirements

• • 0-2 years of experience in Performance Marketing/PPC.

    • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
    • Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads is an advantage.
    • Understanding of CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and ROI.
    • Knowledge of Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Good communication and teamwork skills.
