Job Summary

OOm Pte Ltd is looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Executive to manage digital advertising campaigns, generate leads, and improve online marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns.
• Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance.
• Analyze marketing data and prepare reports.
• Manage advertising budgets and improve ROI.
• Conduct keyword and competitor research.
• Work with the creative team to develop marketing content.
• Track leads, conversions, and campaign results.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of digital marketing KPIs and ROI.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Creative, proactive, and results-oriented.
