Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI and lead generation.
• Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting strategies.
• Manage ad budgets and ensure effective spending.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives and content requirements.
• Stay updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and best practices.
• A/B testing of ad creatives, audiences, and campaign strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience in running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Good understanding of Facebook Ads Manager and Business Manager.
• Knowledge of audience targeting, pixel setup, and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Google Ads is an advantage.
• Experience with eCommerce or lead generation campaigns preferred.
