Who We're Looking For

• Have a minimum of 3 years of strong digital marketing experience.
• Have hands-on experience managing Meta Ads, including Facebook and Instagram campaigns.
• Have strong experience managing Google Ads, including Search and Display campaigns.
• Are experienced in lead generation, audience targeting, campaign optimization and performance marketing.
• Can work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality and sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Meta Ads, Facebook Ads and Instagram Ads.
• Manage Google Ads, including Search and Display campaigns.
• Create and test different ad creatives, audiences, ad copy and campaign strategies.
• Generate high-quality leads for immigration and investment programs.
• Monitor and optimize CPL, qualified leads, conversion rate and ad spend.
• Research and identify the correct geography, demographics, interests and target audience.
• Coordinate with the sales team to track lead quality, sales outcomes and conversions.
• Provide weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to reduce cost and improve lead quality.
