Performance Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Monitor daily performance and optimise for efficiency and results
• Drive lead generation and ensure accurate conversion tracking
• Analyse campaign performance and prepare actionable reports
• Troubleshoot tracking discrepancies and data issues
• Evaluate creatives and landing pages to improve performance
• Design and run A/B tests to enhance effectiveness
• Conduct competitor and market research to inform strategy
• Manage budget allocation, spend, and pacing
• Optimise audience segmentation and targeting

Required Qualifications

• 4 5 years of relevant experience in performance/digital marketing
• Must have at least 3 4 years of experience in the Digital Media and Events business
• Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Strong skills in campaign optimisation, audience targeting, keyword research, and budget/bid management
• Experience with lead generation and conversion rate optimisation (CRO)
• Proficiency in GA4, GTM, and conversion/UTM tracking
• Experience running A/B tests and interpreting results
• Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting
• Solid data analysis and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Figma (primary design tool)
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop and Illustrator
