Performance Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Experience in campaign optimization based on ROAS, CAC, CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC and conversion rates.
• Basic understanding of Amazon Ads and marketplace platforms.
• Good knowledge of GA4, UTM tracking, pixel/event tracking, attribution and conversion funnels.
• Experience in lead generation, customer acquisition, retargeting and product campaigns.

Preferred candidate profile

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Candidates from Nutraceutical, Wellness, Healthcare, D2C, E-commerce or Marketplace backgrounds would be preferred.
• Experience with platforms such as Amazon, Nykaa, Myntra, Big Basket, Flipkart, or similar businesses would be an added advantage.
• Must have independently managed paid media spends of at least 1 crore per year.
• Strong ownership, analytical ability and hands-on campaign execution experience.
