Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can plan and manage digital marketing campaigns and help the company achieve measurable results.

• Plan and manage paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and other relevant channels.

• Monitor campaign performance, leads, conversions and overall ROI.

• Create and test different ad campaigns, audiences and creatives.

• Analyse campaign data and identify opportunities to improve results.

• Work with the content and design teams to create effective marketing materials.

• Manage advertising budgets and ensure campaigns are cost-effective.

• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with the management team.

• Keep up with the latest digital marketing trends and advertising strategies.

• Suggest new ideas to increase leads, sales and brand visibility.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in performance marketing or digital advertising.

• Good understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads and Google Analytics.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to understand campaign data and make decisions based on results.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

• A creative approach to testing new marketing ideas.

Qualification

A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field is preferred. Relevant experience and practical knowledge will also be considered.

Experience

2–3 years of experience in performance marketing or digital advertising preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
