Experience: 12 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads & Google Ads
- Monitor and improve key performance metrics including CTR, CPC/CPT & ROAS
- Scale campaigns while maintaining efficiency and profitability
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for continuous ad iterations
- Analyze campaign performance and generate actionable insights
- Work on audience targeting, retargeting & funnel optimization
What Were Looking For
- Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Good understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies & attribution
- Ability to independently analyze data and optimize campaigns
- Experience with D2C / E-commerce brands will be an added advantage
