Performance Marketing Executive

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital marketing campaigns across paid advertising platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a performance-focused mindset, and hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

• Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending to achieve business and revenue objectives.
• Create and test different ad copies, creatives, audiences, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data and insights.
• Work closely with creative, content, sales, and business teams to improve campaign performance.
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify opportunities for scaling high-performing campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
• Conduct A/B testing and experiment with new campaign formats, audiences, and strategies.
• Stay updated on changes to advertising platforms, algorithms, policies, and digital marketing trends.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Understanding of performance marketing concepts and digital advertising funnels.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skill
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing required
