Paid Media Execution & Strategy

• Campaign Management: Plan, set up, and manage end-to-end paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads, with additional platforms (TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) as key growth channels.
• Ideation & Creative Strategy: Proactively brainstorm creative campaign concepts, formulate messaging strategies, and write compelling ad copy/content tailored to target audiences across different platforms.
• Optimization: Continuously optimize audience targeting, creative variations, bidding strategies, and landing pages to achieve target CPL, CPA, and ROI metrics.
• Experimentation: Plan and execute structured A/B tests across ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to drive continuous performance improvements.

Mar-Tech, Tracking & Operations

• Technical Go-To Person: Serve as the team’s subject matter expert for marketing technology, tracking implementations, and data flow troubleshooting.

• Tracking & Attribution Setup: Hands-on setup, auditing, and management of tracking systems using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4 / GA360, pixels, and server-side tracking (CAPI).

• CRM & Automation Integration: Build and maintain seamless data connections between marketing platforms, automated workflows via Zapier, and Salesforce (or equivalent CRMs) to ensure accurate lead attribution.

Data Analysis & Communication

• Performance Monitoring: Analyze daily performance metrics, spot anomalies early, and troubleshoot technical drop-offs across the funnel.

• Reporting: Build clear performance dashboards and extract actionable insights, moving beyond simple metrics to business recommendations.

• Cross-Team Alignment: Actively participate in strategy and campaign meetings—bringing a strong, clear perspective to discussions and collaborating closely with creative and operational teams.

Job Requirements

• Junior role: 1–2 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads.

• Senior role: 3+ years of experience with proven mastery in paid acquisition and technical tracking. Candidates with more extensive experience may be considered for a Senior role.

• Strong hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads. Experience with TikTok Ads and LinkedIn Ads is a strong plus.

• Solid understanding and practical experience with Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA360/GA4, Zapier, and integrating data with Salesforce or similar CRMs.

• Advanced skill set in Excel, including comfort with pivot tables, data manipulation, and performance modeling.

• Prior experience managing campaigns in regulated or sensitive verticals.

• Naturally curious, comfortable with data manipulation, and methodical when troubleshooting technical tracking or performance issues.

• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, capable of juggling multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

• Possesses a clear mindset and is comfortable voicing opinions, presenting data insights, and advocating for ideas during team meetings.

• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, understand Cantonese is a plus.
