Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1+ years of experience in managing paid digital campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads, preferably in the e-commerce industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and improve ROI, ROAS, CTR, and CPA.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure effective spend allocation.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
• Work closely with the creative and content teams to improve ad performance.
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Experience handling e-commerce campaigns is mandatory.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of campaign metrics.
• Agency experience is an added advantage.
