About the Role :

Company is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in planning, executing, optimising, and scaling paid digital campaigns.

You will work closely with the Head of Marketing and will be responsible for driving measurable business outcomes through paid media, lead generation, retargeting, funnel optimisation, and campaign analytics.

This role is suited for someone who understands that performance marketing is not just about running ads - it is about generating qualified leads, lowering acquisition costs, improving conversion rates, and directly contributing to revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max), LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant performance channels.
• Manage campaigns focused on lead generation, website conversions, WhatsApp leads, brand enquiries, retargeting, and customer acquisition.
• Monitor and optimise key performance metrics including CPL, CPC, CTR, CPA, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, keyword research, and campaign opportunity analysis.
• Build and test interest-based, custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.
• Conduct regular A/B testing of creatives, ad copies, headlines, audiences, landing pages, and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with the creative and content teams for performance-driven ad creatives.
• Track the complete lead funnel from ad click to lead, sales call, qualified lead, and conversion.
• Coordinate with the sales team to understand lead quality and optimise campaigns accordingly.
• Set up and monitor Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, Google Tag Manager, UTM tracking, and conversion events.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly campaign performance reports.
• Identify underperforming campaigns quickly and take corrective action.
• Recommend budget allocation and scaling strategies based on campaign performance.

Required Skills :

• 1 to 2 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
• Working knowledge of Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead-generation funnels and conversion optimisation.
• Experience analysing campaign data and drawing actionable insights.
• Good command over Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of GA4, GTM, pixels, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working with targets, budgets, and deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with digital marketing agencies, influencer marketing, celebrity marketing, or D2C brands.
• Experience with lead-generation and B2B campaigns.
• Working knowledge of CRM and lead management systems.
• Exposure to WhatsApp marketing funnels, landing page optimization, and marketing automation.
