Job Summary

Hansraj Ventures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Performance Marketer with 1–2 years of experience in performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of paid campaigns, lead generation, and campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage paid digital marketing campaigns.
• Drive qualified leads through performance marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and key metrics.
• Optimize campaigns based on performance data.
• Track budgets, leads, conversions, and overall campaign results.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing.
• Strong understanding of paid campaigns and lead generation.
• Good knowledge of campaign performance metrics.
• Analytical and data-driven approach.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
• Willingness to work on-site in Delhi.
