BlackRevo is a Digital Growth Partner in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya, focused on building SEO-driven visibility and smart web systems: digital marketing, technology and web system development.

Run marketing for BlackRevo and for our clients across paid, social and content. You plan, you shoot, you post, you run the ads, and you prove what it returns with data. Some weeks you are behind the camera for our own Instagram, some weeks you are running a client's Meta campaign. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

What you'll do

Paid ads

• Plan, run and optimise paid campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok and whichever platforms a brief calls for
• Keep every campaign tied to the marketing and business goals set for it
• Track performance in the ads managers and Google Analytics
• Report ROI and propose the next step to the client

Social media

• Manage BlackRevo's Instagram end to end: planning, shooting, posting and replying
• Manage clients' social media accounts when a brief calls for it
• Learn and use the KOC (key opinion consumer) management system
• Post KOC stories as part of the content calendar

Content creation

• Shoot photos and short videos for our channels and for clients
• Edit them in CapCut or similar
• Draft copy and generate images with AI tools
• Find, brief and coordinate outsourced photographers, videographers and editors for bigger shoots

Keeping current

• Stay current with trends, platform changes and AI tools such as ChatGPT
• Adapt tactics as marketing evolves

What we're looking for

• A self-starter who takes initiative, plans ahead, is data-driven and brings new ideas
• Outgoing, and comfortable in front of the camera when needed
• Open to new technology and quick to pick up new tools
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making, with a focus on prompt and practical solutions
• Good communication skills, in writing and in person
• Fresh graduates and non-degree holders are welcome to apply
• Added advantage: hands-on with paid ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, and with Google Analytics
• Added advantage: understand Mandarin to support Mandarin-speaking clients

• Working hours: 10am to 7pm
• First interview online with the department head, second in person at our office

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
