Performance Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Marketing Executive to manage paid advertising campaigns, conduct keyword research, optimize campaign performance, and oversee marketing automation. The role involves working closely with the content and marketing teams to improve lead generation, campaign effectiveness, and conversion rates.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Paid Campaign Management: Create, upload, monitor, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads across multiple business verticals.
• Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and advertising research to identify new campaign opportunities.
• Campaign Optimization: Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign performance.
• Reporting and Compliance: Maintain accurate campaign data, monitor performance metrics, and ensure advertising campaigns comply with platform policies.
• Marketing Automation: Manage website forms, lead flows, CRM workflows, and WhatsApp automation.
• Content Development: Write and optimize blogs based on business requirements and marketing priorities.
• Platform Training: Continuously develop expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, keyword research, and campaign analytics.
• Understanding of lead generation, landing page optimization, and marketing automation.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp automation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn new advertising platforms and marketing technologies.
