About The Role We are looking for a skilled and experienced Performance Marketer & Social Media Manager to drive our digital marketing and social media growth. Sondipon Prokashon is committed to maintaining an Islamic work environment. Regular Islamic practice is a fundamental requirement for this position, not merely a preference.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor and optimise performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google and other relevant digital platforms.
• Analyse CTR, CPA, ROAS, ROI, conversion rates and other key metrics to improve campaign performance and maintain profitable acquisition costs.
• Develop content strategies, campaign briefs and content calendars aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop effective advertising creatives, copy, scripts and video content.
• Manage social media platforms, including regular posting, audience engagement and page growth.
• Create and edit marketing content using tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis and campaign testing.
• Ensure accurate tracking and reporting, and continuously optimise marketing performance.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years' professional experience in digital marketing.
• Candidates with at least 1 year of hands-on experience in performance marketing will be given preference.
• Practical expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
• A strong understanding of conversion tracking, campaign analytics, audience targeting and performance optimisation.
• Proficiency in copywriting, scriptwriting, creative strategy and audience analysis.
• Working knowledge of Canva, CapCut or similar content creation tools.
• A bachelor's degree in any discipline is preferred. Relevant practical skills and professional experience will be highly valued.
