Greamio Technologies is a growing EdTech and IT services company. Our brand, CloudBlitz, trains students and working professionals in job-ready tech skills, and we’re building a stronger performance marketing team to reach more learners across India and beyond.

What you’ll own
You’ll be the person behind our paid growth. Your job is to bring in quality leads through Meta and Google ads and help turn them into counselling sessions and admissions. Day to day, you will:

• Launch and fine-tune campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Search and YouTube
• Test creatives, copy and audiences every week to bring down cost per lead
• Plan and track monthly ad budgets, putting spend where it gives the best returns
• Team up with Sales and creative teams to improve lead quality and conversions
• Report what’s working, what isn’t and what to do next, every week

What we’re looking for

• Real hands-on experience running lead-gen campaigns on Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Comfort with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and a CRM like Zoho or HubSpot
• A sharp eye for numbers (CTR, CPC, CPL, ROAS)
• Confidence managing a ₹5 Lakh monthly ad budget
• A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, IT or Business Administration

Bonus points
YouTube or WhatsApp ad experience, Canva or Adobe skills, EdTech background, Meta Blueprint or Google Ads certification
