Performance Marketing Executive

Blue Ocean Digital Media is a Mumbai-based creative and performance marketing agency. We run Meta and Google ads for D2C, e-commerce, real estate and FMCG brands, and we judge our work on revenue, not vanity metrics. We’re growing our performance team and want someone who genuinely enjoys living in the numbers.

What you’ll do

• Set up and launch campaigns on Meta and Google Ads, from account structure to targeting, budgets and creative
• Run lead generation campaigns and work to bring down cost per lead while improving lead quality
• Understand and apply the right optimisation levers: campaign objectives, bidding, audiences, placements and creative testing
• Own the day-to-day: budgets, bids and performance monitoring, and know what to change and why
• Track results against real business goals like ROAS, CPL and CAC, and report them clearly
• Work closely with our creative team to brief and test ad creative

What we’re looking for

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience setting up and running Meta and Google ad campaigns
• Solid grasp of lead generation and the different ways to optimise a campaign
• Comfortable in Ads Manager and Google Ads, and strong with numbers
• Someone who tests, reads the data and acts on it, not just a button-pusher
• A clear communicator who can explain results in plain language
