We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Executive who can generate quality leads, scale online sales, and maximize return on advertising spend.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads.
• Generate qualified leads for product sourcing, dropshipping, and e-commerce services.
• Drive website traffic, conversions, and sales through paid advertising.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates.
• Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and keyword research.
• Create and test ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and retargeting campaigns.
• Track campaign performance using Meta Pixel, Google Analytics 4, and conversion tracking.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with the creative and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Requirements

• Proven experience in performance marketing and paid advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Understanding of lead generation, e-commerce sales funnels, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with tracking tools, analytics, and campaign reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• E-commerce or D2C marketing experience will be an advantage.

Salary

₹20,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
