Performance Marketing Executive(D2C)

Campaign Execution

• Build, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns across multiple ad accounts
• Manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
• Execute daily budget pacing and bid adjustments against ROAS and CPA targets

Monitoring & Diagnostics

• Track CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA, and delivery health daily across accounts
• Flag anomalies early — CPM spikes, delivery drops, conversion rate dips — and investigate root causes (creative fatigue, audience saturation, tracking issues, bid cap constraints)
• Maintain and troubleshoot CAPI/pixel tracking health

Creative & Funnel Ops

• Coordinate creative testing cycles; track performance by creative type, format, and language (e.g., English/Sargam vs. Hinglish)
• Support TOF/MOF/BOF funnel structuring and budget allocation aligned to campaign objective

Reporting & Planning Support

• Prepare daily/weekly performance reports (blended ROAS, spend, revenue, funnel splits)
• Assist in EOSS and major sale campaign planning and live-monitoring

Cross-functional Coordination

• Work with the Shopify/eCommerce team on landing pages, offers, and product listing alignment
• Coordinate with logistics/ops on inventory availability feeding into ad spend decision

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
