Performance Marketing Intern

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern who is eager to learn and build hands-on experience in digital advertising, campaign management, and performance optimization across major advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, launching, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
• Support campaign management across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.
• Assist in analyzing metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions, and ROAS.
• Support the team in optimizing campaigns based on performance data.
• Conduct basic competitor and market research.
• Assist with creating marketing creatives and campaign assets.
• Work closely with the marketing team to achieve campaign objectives.

Mandatory Skills

• Basic understanding of Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proficiency in Canva and CapCut.
• Good understanding of social media and digital advertising concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and willingness to learn.

Education Certification

• Digital Marketing certification or
• Relevant internship experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing.

Preferred

• Candidates with practical experience running or assisting with Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns.
• Basic understanding of conversion tracking, audience targeting, and campaign optimization.
