Roles Responsibilities: - Set up and launch Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. - Assist with campaign setup including campaign objectives, audiences, budgets, placements, creative, and CTAS. - Create and manage different campaign types such as Traffic, Engagement, Leads, and Sales campaigns. - Conduct basic audience research and targeting based on campaign objectives. - Set up and test retargeting audiences including website visitors, Instagram/Facebook engagers, video viewers, and add-to-cart users. - Monitor campaign performance on a daily basis and track key metrics such as: CPM + CTR + CPC + Landing Page Views + Add to Cart + Purchases + ROAS - Assist in identifying underperforming ads and making basic optimizations. - Maintain campaign trackers and prepare daily/weekly performance reports. - Ensure campaign naming conventions, UTM parameters, and tracking are correctly implemented. - Research competitor ads, trends, audiences, and performance marketing practices. - Support the team in scaling high-performing campaigns under guidance.
