Performance Marketing Lead

About the role

This is a Performance Marketing leadership role focused on developing and executing large-scale performance marketing strategies end-to-end to achieve business growth targets across User Acquisition, Retention, and Revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute large-scale performance marketing strategies end-to-end to achieve business growth targets (User Acquisition, Retention, Revenue)
• Lead, mentor, and manage the Performance Marketing team to ensure achievement of individual and team KPIs
• Manage ad budget allocation across all paid channels efficiently to maximize ROAS and minimize CAC/CPA
• Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and marketing funnel to identify new growth opportunities
• Master and ensure accurate integration of tracking, data attribution, and analytics infrastructure (attribution modeling, GA4, MMP)
• Collaborate across divisions with Product, Sales, and Brand/Creative teams to align marketing strategy with core business objectives

About you

• Minimum S1 degree from related field (Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or similar)
• Minimum 4–5 years of work experience in Performance/Growth Marketing, with minimum 1–2 years of leadership (Leadership/Supervisory role) experience
• Proven track record in managing large ad budgets with consistent ROI/ROAS achievement
• Advanced expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and marketing attribution tools
• Sharp analytical ability, strategic thinking, and strong problem-solving capability
• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills
