We are hiring a Performance Marketing Lead to own our paid ads outside the marketplaces and turn ad spend into sales.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Plan, launch and manage Meta (Instagram and Facebook) and Google ad campaigns

• Drive traffic and sales to our D2C website, noveltissues.com

• Own daily budgets, bids and targeting, and hit ROAS and cost-per-order targets

• Test new ad creatives, hooks and audiences every week with the design and video team

• Run retargeting and lookalike campaigns, and set up tracking (Meta Pixel, GA4, conversion events)

• Support new product launches and festive sale campaigns with paid ads

• Work with the Amazon/Flipkart ads team to keep messaging and spend aligned

• Share daily and weekly reports on spend, ROAS, CPA, CTR and sales

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 2–4 years running performance ads for a D2C, FMCG, beauty or e-commerce brand

• Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube)

• Proven results: share the ad spend you have managed and the ROAS you delivered

• Strong with numbers and Excel; knows GA4 and Shopify analytics

• Good eye for which creatives convert

• Amazon/Flipkart ads experience is a plus
