What they need
Position : Sr. Performance Marketing Executive
Location : Delhi/NCR
Experience : 5 Years
Key Requirements:
- Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Meta & Google Ads.
- Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, CPA, CPC, CTR and conversion rate.
- Experience with Google Search, Shopping, PMax, Display & YouTube Ads.
- Experience with catalog ads, remarketing, lookalike audiences, campaign scaling and A/B testing.
- Familiarity with Shopify, GA4, Meta Ads Manager and conversion tracking.
- Ability to manage campaign budgets, audiences, creatives and daily optimizations.
- Strong analytical skills with good proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Performance-driven, execution-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced D2C environment.
Working days : All Sunday's & 2nd & 4th Saturday Off
