Roles and Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance data to optimize ad spend and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce solutions into the company's overall digital strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in performance marketing to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements :
- 4-5 years of experience as a Performance Marketing Manager or similar role.
- Proven track record of success in managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads (AdWords) and Bing Ads.
- Strong understanding of E-Commerce principles and ability to apply them to drive business growth through targeted online marketing efforts.
- Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is an asset.
