Performance Marketing Manager

Role Overview:

We are looking for a hands-on

performance marketer who can manage

Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns

independently for multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Plan, launch and manage Meta Ads

campaigns (Facebook + Instagram)

→ Plan, launch and manage Google Ads

campaigns (Search + Display)

→ Create and optimise lead generation

campaigns for multiple clients

→ Monitor daily ad performance and

optimise for CPL and ROAS

→ Prepare weekly performance reports

for clients

→ A/B test creatives, audiences

and ad copy

→ Coordinate with creative team

for ad creatives

Requirements:

→ 1–3 years hands-on experience

in Meta Ads and Google Ads

→ Must have managed real campaigns

with real budgets

→ Strong understanding of lead

generation funnels

→ Ability to read and analyse

Ads Manager data independently

→ Agency background preferred

→ Knowledge of real estate,

healthcare or D2C is a plus

→ Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets
