Performance Marketing Manager

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own growth, lead generation and revenue targets across all programmes, building ROI-focused funnels from awareness to retention.
• Plan, run and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube and other platforms, optimising for CAC, ROI and conversion, with lead quality (doctors) over volume.
• Build high-intent funnels: search-led, retargeting and cohort-based targeting.
• Work with sales to improve lead quality and own lead-to-enrolment conversion, keeping doctor behaviour and exam timelines in mind.
• Drive SEO, content and product-led growth to improve organic and repeat revenue.
• Track CAC, LTV, ROI, conversion and funnel drop-offs, and maintain clear dashboards.
• Align with product, content, sales, design and category teams as the single point of ownership for growth.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 4-8 years of hands-on B2C performance marketing.
• Strong in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Proven lead generation and conversion optimisation.
• Analytical, with hands-on Google Analytics.
• Takes ownership and accountability, is self-driven and eager to learn.
• Plus: EdTech, Healthcare or Medical Marketing experience.
