About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and performance-driven Performance Marketing Manager to join our client's growing digital marketing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong practical experience in managing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta, with a focus on App Campaigns and Lead Generation Campaigns.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, handling multiple campaigns, analysing performance metrics, and continuously optimising campaigns to achieve business objectives and deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Manage App Install/App Promotion campaigns and Lead Generation campaigns.
• Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, target audience, industry, and budgets.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient utilisation of advertising spend.
• Monitor key performance metrics such as CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and conversion volume.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growth.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, ad copies, landing pages, and campaign structures.
• Work closely with creative and content teams to develop performance-oriented ad creatives.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports for internal teams and clients.
• Identify performance issues and implement corrective actions proactively.
• Stay updated with the latest developments, features, and best practices across Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Understand and apply recent Meta platform developments, including the Andromeda update and AI-driven campaign optimisation approach.
• Work with tracking and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/Conversions API, and relevant attribution platforms.
• Collaborate with account management and strategy teams to achieve client objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience in Paid Media / Performance Marketing.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
• Experience managing App Campaigns and Lead Generation Campaigns is essential.
• Agency experience managing campaigns for multiple clients will be preferred.
• Strong understanding of campaign structure, targeting, bidding, optimisation, and reporting.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, events, attribution, and analytics.
• Familiarity with the latest Meta Ads developments and Andromeda is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and ROI.
• Ability to work with significant advertising budgets and meet performance targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
